When will I receive each receipt?

The receipt will be sent to the e-mail address stored in the SwissPass profile immediately after the payment is completed. 

If you use the check-in function to purchase a ticket, the receipt will be sent by e-mail on the morning of the following day of your trip, so that we can offer you the best price for the entire day.
