Change of smartphone, phone number or network provider. What do I have to do?
New smartphone
If you want to use BLS Mobil with a new smartphone, make sure that this smartphone meets the technical requirements.
Your account is linked to your SwissPass login. Simply download the BLS Mobil app again on your new smartphone and log in with your SwissPass login.
New telephone number
If you change your telephone number, you must change the new telephone number in your SwissPass account. You do not need to do anything in the BLS Mobil app itself.
Change of mobile phone provider
If you change your mobile provider but keep your smartphone, you do not need to do anything.
