How do I activate the check-out reminder?

To activate the reminders on iPhone (iOS)

Make sure "motion and fitness" are active and accessible:

1. Open the settings of your iPhone
2. Open "Privacy"
3. Open "motion and fitness"
4. Turn on "fitness tracking" and give access to BLS Mobil.

Then, check that all necessary authorizations have been given to BLS Mobil:

1. Open the settings of your iPhone
2. Open "BLS Mobil"
3. All lines should be green and activated

To activate the reminders on Android

Please make sure that:

• BLS Mobil can send push notification on your smartphone:

1. Open the general "Settings" on your Android device
2. Open Apps
3. Scroll to "BLS Mobil" and open it
4. Open Notifications
5. Allow all notifications

• The motion and fitness data are correctly activated on your smartphone:

1. Open the general "Settings" on your Android device
2. Open Apps
3. Scroll to "BLS Mobil" and open it
4. Open Permissions
5. Enable "Physical Activity" and "Location"

If this is the case, you should receive the check-out warnings.
