How can I return an unused ticket or a ticket purchased by mistake?
You can refund tickets purchased online yourself in the BLS Mobil app. If this is not possible, you can request a refund using the online form.
Refunding a ticket directly in BLS Mobil
In the BLS Mobil app, select the relevant ticket under [Tickets], tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your ticket, then select [Refund ticket].
Please note that discounted tickets and discounted day passes can only be refunded within 30 minutes of purchase. Regular tickets can be canceled up to the day before departure.
Refunding a ticket in the web shop
To get a refund, you need to be logged in with your SwissPass login. Click on the round icon with your initials to go to your profile.
- Open your profile by clicking on the round icon in the top right corner
- Under My subscriptions and tickets, you will find all tickets you have purchased.
- Click on Refund.
- The ticket will lose its validity and you will receive a refund receipt by email.
Please note that you can only refund saver tickets and saver day tickets up to 30 minutes after purchase. Regular route tickets can be refunded until the start of their validity period.
Refunding a ticket using the online form
The online form allows you to request a refund for unused or partially used tickets that you purchased in the BLS online shop or via the BLS Mobil app.
