I forgot my online ticket for the car transport at home. What can I do?
If you have a smartphone, you can show the QR code from the confirmation you received by email at the loading station.
Please note that mobile reception is poor in Iselle (Italy).
If electronic verification is not possible, you will have to buy a new ticket on the spot. There is no right to replacement of the ticket.
