I forgot my online ticket for car transport at home. What can I do?

If you have a smartphone, you can hold the QR code from the confirmation you received by email up to the scanner at the loading station.

You can find your purchased tickets at any time in your customer account in the BLS webshop. 

If you purchased as a guest, you can find your ticket in the email.
