If you have a smartphone, you can present the QR code from the confirmation you received by e-mail at the loading station. Please note that mobile reception is poor in Iselle (Italy). It is best to save the ticket after purchase. You can also download the online ticket and print it afterwards. 

How to present your online ticket

Set the functions in your phone as follows:

• Display all bright
• Rotate function off

Then hold the smartphone flat and steady against the scanner for 3 seconds.

Good to know

• Tickets for the car transport cannot be purchased in the BLS Mobil app.
• You can also download the online ticket and print it afterwards. 
• To view and print online tickets you need a PDF reader. You can download Adobe Reader -> here for free.
