What do I need to do if I lost my Tunnel Pass card?

You can replace a lost Tunnel Pass card free of charge. The existing balance will be transferred to the new Tunnel Pass.

Log in to your customer account.

After logging in to your account, click “Replace Tunnel Pass”. You will then receive a pickup invitation with a QR code, which you can use to pick up your replacement card at a staffed toll booth in Kandersteg, Goppenstein, or Brig.
