I forget my password for BLS Mobil
You can log into your customer account under the tab Profile -> Login.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgotten your password?” and you will receive an e-mail via the e-mail address linked to your account.
This e-mail will contain a security code with which you can define a new password for your customer account. Return to the SwissPass page in the app and enter the security code and your new password.
