How do I link my SwissPass in BLS Mobil?

To link the SwissPass, you must have a SwissPass login and register it at swisspass.ch. You can then use the SwissPass in BLS Mobil.

Create a SwissPass login

If you do not yet have a SwissPass login, register at swisspass.ch and enter the customer number that you find on your SwissPass.

Store your SwissPass in BLS Mobil

To be able to use your SwissPass and travelcards in BLS Mobil, you must now log in with your SwissPass login in the tab [Passes]. The data will then be transferred to the app.

Linking an existing SwissPass with your SwissPass login

You may already be registered with your SwissPass login, but you do not yet see your travelcard in the BLS Mobil app. You must therefore link the SwissPass to your account.

To do this, select the tab [Passes] and log in with your SwissPass login. After successfully logging in, you can link the SwissPass by clicking on [Link SwissPass Mobile].

An input mask will open where you enter and confirm your customer number, zip code and date of birth.

You can then click on [Activate SwissPass Mobile] and your travelcards will appear in the tab [Passes] of the BLS Mobil app.
