How do I pay the invoice after travelling without a valid ticket?
If you travelled without a valid ticket, you will receive an invoice for the inspection.
When will I receive the invoice?
The invoice is usually sent within 10 days after the inspection by post.
How can I pay the invoice?
You can conveniently pay the invoice using one of the following methods:
- Online banking or mobile banking
- At a bank or post office counter
All payment details are provided on the invoice.
Note about the QR code
The QR code on the document you received during the inspection on the train cannot be used for payment.
Payment is only possible once you have received the official invoice.
