What can I do if I forgot my subscription and was unable to present it?
If you were unable to present your subscription, SwissPass, or ticket (e-ticket) during an inspection, you have 10 days to do so.
To do this, go to a staffed public transport ticket counter. Take your subscription or ticket and the receipt you received during the inspection with you.
The fee for presenting the document is charged directly at the counter.
Please note that the surcharge will increase if you do not present your subscription within 10 days.
It is not possible to present your subscription online.
