What can I do if I do not agree to the surcharge for travel without a valid ticket?
Tickets cannot be purchased or validated on our trains. Online tickets must be purchased and valid before the train departs. If passengers are traveling without a valid ticket, our employees will charge a corresponding surcharge if a ticket is checked. The surcharge increases for repeated journeys without a valid ticket.
If you do not agree with the assessment of a journey without a valid ticket, you can inform us of your concerns using the contact form. Your case will then be examined individually.
