What payment deadlines apply for travel without a valid ticket?

If you receive an invoice or reminder from us for a journey without a valid ticket, these must be paid within the following deadlines.

• Invoice: within 30 days
• Reminder: within 10 days 

Were you unable to present your valid personal travelcard or SwissPass at the ticket inspection?

Subsequent presentation costs a fee of CHF 5. Pay this fee together with the form you received within 10 days at the ticket counter or online. After more than 10 days, the fee is CHF 30. You will receive the invoice from the Revenue Service Center by post.
