The transaction could not be completed. We delete open transactions daily. You don't need to take any further action.
A provisional transaction is an authorized payment that still needs to be posted or canceled by the merchant. The merchant has 7 days to do so.
If you do not have a ticket now, we ask you to purchase a new ticket through our online shop.
Or you can obtain your ticket directly at the loading station.
