Check-out not possible. What do I have to do?
To ensure quality and accuracy, the app might take a few seconds to finalize your journey.
In rare cases, the check-out process might take longer. Here are the possible reasons:
- You have restricted BLS Mobil's access to your location by closing the app or stopping location services. Please revert the action.
- You are inside a building or an underground station where the location is weak. Please leave the app run in the background and the journey will close automatically within few minutes.
- The app has detected that you still are in public transport. The app will stop your journey once your final destination has been reached.
- You have no internet connection because of restricted wifi, or weak signal.
Do not force close the app. Just let it run in the background.
If your final price is wrong, please report the wrong journey from your app. Our customer support will get back to you shortly.
