Causes and solutions

Ensure that the GPS signal on your phone is activated. You can activate the GPS signal in your phone’s settings.

It’s possible that lezzgo doesn’t have any GPS signal (e.g. if you are underground). Ensure that your phone has signal and try once more to validate your multi-trip ticket.

If the GPS signal is switched on and your phone is additionally connected to a WiFi network (e.g. SBB Free WiFi), switch off WiFi and try once more to validate the multi-trip ticket.
