You want to perform the check-out but the app merely displays the loading symbol without anything happening.
Causes and solutions
- If you are underground, it’s possible that lezzgo doesn’t have any GPS signal.
Try to check out again as soon as your phone has signal.
- The GPS signal on your phone is switched off completely:
activate the GPS signal in your phone’s settings.
- The GPS signal is switched on and your phone is additionally connected to a WiFi network (e.g. SBB Free WiFi): switch off WiFi and try to check out again.
- If this does not solve the problem, the check-out will automatically be performed at night and your journey corrected.
